my first Health Seminar in awhile, held last month May in my company office in Honolulu, Hawaii..i took a break from showbusiness, and am doing this right now fulltime. I still do it like a performance though, hehe

for a first one, it was a good attendance.. i will grow this number of audience so it is always a full house, including when i do it in Makati, Philippines' office
